Another weekend has flown by. I just don't understand how they go by so fast. Whether we are busy or just lounging around the house, they always seem to fly by. :-(
Saturday we took a trip into Orlando, to get some essentials for Camryn and to register at Babies R Us. Well of course all the things I needed to get where out of stock, figures so I didn't get much accomplished. Looks like I will be making another trip there soon! Then we decided to head over to Pottery Barn Kids to pick up some finishing details for the girls bathroom. Got an adorable tooth brush holder and garbage can, well its more of a basket but it'll work for a garbage can. :-) After a quick trip there we headed over to the Prime One Outlets. Another unsuccessful trip for Camryn essentials, but I did walk out of there with a new Coach diaper bag. Sean spoiled me as always. The bag was 50% off so how could we pass it up?? :-) After a long HOT day of shopping we headed home. Payten and I managed to squeeze in a nap, and after that we headed to Olive Garden for a yummy dinner! I have been craving it so we had to go :-)
Sunday was our lounging day... well more like working around the house kind of day. I started washing Camryn's new ending pile of clothes, organized the nursery a bit, cleaned the house, and of course I had to have a Sunday nap. :-)
Although it wasn't too crazy of a weekend, it was nice to be close to home. I feel like the past few weekends we have been in other places, and sometimes its nice to sleep in our bed, and attempt to sleep in a bit (9am??), which isn't bad when you have a toddler!
Hope everyone had a great weekend! :-)

Update from our doctor appointments
Payten had her 18 month well check up yesterday. She did great with the shots. With each time it gets easier for her. Thank goodness! We are on the list for the flu shot, so as soon as that comes out we will be making another visit to Dr. Yarckin. The little peanut only weighs 21 lbs. The doctor is a little concerned and would like to see her in 3 months for a weight check. I am quite perturbed about this. I mean doesn't he see that Sean and I aren't big people. Obviously she inst going to be this huge kid. Ugh, so anyway we'll see what happens. In the meantime we'll try and fatten her up. Haha.
As for my doctors appointment.... it was basically the same. Nothing they can do about my swelling except for me to stay off my feet as much as possible, and since my blood pressure is okay the swelling is normal. I can't see how they think having no ankles or feet is normal, but who knows. I am still dehydrated which I figured because I can feel it. BUt I drink so much and nothing seems to be helping. :-( I have a growth ultrasound on the 10th, so hopefully I will know more then. I am hoping they will take me in when I reach 37 weeks, but we'll see.... Until then I continue to feel miserable and count down the days. :-(
In the meantime, we are going to go this weekend to get the last minute things for Camryn that way I can spend the entire month of September just relaxing on the weekends. I am hoping we get it all accomplished so I can spend Sunday floating around in the pool and napping all day :-)
Hope everything is going well with everyone! Have a great weekend!

Great weekend in Wisconsin!
Our journey for Wisconsin began Thursday morning when our flight was supposed to take off at 11am, well of course we always know how that goes when Sean and I fly. There was a delay. 4 hour one to be exact. Ugh! Luckily it wasn't as bad as our delays before but still being in an airport any longer then you really have to be with a toddler is never fun. Sean brought his laptop so Payten could watch her shows and that kept her entertained for quite some time. Thank goodness.
We finally arrived around 4:30p or so, and then we headed to Grandma & Grandpa Hogan's house. We made it in the door just in time to eat dinner and then off to the mall with the boys I went to help them get everything squared away with the tuxedos.
Friday started all the wedding festivities. Mom Hogan, Gaby, and I all went for a manicure and pedicure at the salon the GLOW. It was so nice to just relax especially since sitting in an airport all day the day before. We headed over to the hotel, grabbed some lunch, squeezed in a quick nap, and off to the wedding rehearsal we went. Payten and Brianna did great running down the aisle. :-) The reheresal dinner was at the Water Buffalo. Yummy food and great view of downtown Milwaukee. We all had a blast!
Saturday was the big day. Everything went great! And even went smooth. Big relief for Gaby I am sure. That is always a plus for the bride. She looked absolutely stunning, and my brother in law didn't look too shabby himself :-) We had such a great time with everyone. The Hogan/Conway crew is always lots of fun!
Sunday we celebrated Bri's 2nd birthday at the Marriott. Her Daddy threw her a fun themed Nemo party. We didn't get to stay as long as we would have liked due to our flight. But Payten had a blast with her cousins and enjoyed chasing all the balloons around.
We wish we could have had a longer visit but of course work calls.... Ugh! We are hoping to make a trip up in December. Payten can even possibly see and play in the snow :-)
I have a ton of pictures so look for a few more posts. Way too many to put in this one. Hope everyone had a great weekend as well!

Payten Elisabeth ~ 18 Months
I still can't believe my baby is a year and a half. Where have the past 18 months gone? Payten learns lots of new things everyday. She is finally starting to pick up a few new words here and there. Her newest one is Poppy :-)
Her meal selections have grown over the past month. She eats just about anything we eat. Some of her favorites are yogurt raisins, KIX, and vanilla pudding.
Payten is excited to be a BIG sister soon, and kisses Camryn everyday :-) I just hope she likes her as much when she is out of my belly. :-) I don't have her 18 month stats just yet but we return from her appointment on Wednesday I will be sure to post them.
Happy 18 Months, Payten Elisabeth!

Leaving on a jet plane
We are almost all packed and ready to go! We are excited to be apart of Dan & Gaby's special day! I'll be sure to post pictures as soon as we get back! Hope everyone has a great rest of the week and a great weekend! Wish it us luck that Payten does well on the plane... :-)

Updated Nursery Photos!
Here are a few pictures of Camryn's nursery with the furniture. Minus the mirror since it came in broken. :-( Not sure I love the set up at the moment but need some decor and then we'll go from there. Any color suggestions for an area rug?? Enjoy!

Productive Weekend!
Another weekend coming to an end, but I actually feel okay about Monday coming since we have an exciting week ahead of us and not to mention we got lots accomplished this weekend!
Saturday we headed to Mom & Dad Bachur's house for a day visit. We attempted to go to the beach, but we weren't even there 20 minutes before the storms starting to roll in. Ugh! We headed back to the house had some Applebee's to go for lunch and lounged by the pool. I ran to a few stores with my mom, while the boys and Payten stayed home to nap and play :-) We were back on the road by 10pm to head home. I would have loved to spend the weekend but had way too much to do at home.
Sunday morning, Payten and I made a trip to Target. Picked up some last minute things for our trip and a few groceries to get us threw our short week home. While we were shopping Sean was finishing the chair rail in Camryn's room, and clearing the room out. We even managed to pull almost all the weeds in the front! We were on a roll! Now we only had time to do that backyard. But I guess that will wait until we return. Started ironing and packing for our trip and amazing enough I am almost done. Woo hoo! I wish every weekend could be so productive but we're not that lucky.
Since we have a crazy week ahead of us with leaving for Wisconsin on Thursday I may not get around to blog. But I hope everyone has a great week and I will be sure to post lots of pictures from Dan & Gaby's wedding! Wish me luck getting Payten to walk down the aisle :-)

I love Fridays...
Because that means its the weekend and I'm work free for at least two days! YAY! Although we have lots going on trying to get Camryn's room together, packing for Wisconsin, keeping up with the house, and then just the usual stuff; it's all exciting things!
This time next week we will be at Dan & Gaby's wedding rehearsal getting everything together for their big day. We can't wait to be apart of it! I am praying that Payten does a great job being a flowergirl but not sure what to expect out of a 18 month old. At least she'll look cute, right? :-)
We are heading to Mom & Dad Bachur's this weekend for some last minute root touching up, hair cuts, the usual.. and maybe even squeeze in some beach time. Although it will only be a day trip I am sure it will be fun. Let's hope the rain holds out until night time.
I was going to do a weekly pregnancy update but I can't keep up. My ticker reads 31 weeks, and I didn't even post about 30 weeks. Oh well, I will take a break for a few weeks. When things get a little less crazy I will post one. My next doctors appointment is on the 26th.
Payten is quite the character these days. She is forming some personality. A little from her Daddy and a little from me. I called her name today and her response was... "What?" Oh boy are we are in for it! We have a sassy one on our hands.
I am off to finish up some laundry and relax for the evening. Have a great weekend everyone!

Love the hairbow holder!
I ordered this neat hair bow holder for Payten and I love it! However the rate we are going we are going to need at least three of them. And the sad part is this isn't even half of Payten's hair accessories :-)

What a weekend!
Well actually I should say what a way to end the weekend! Sunday evening around 5pm or so I decided to heat myself up some chili that was in the fridge for dinner. Sean wasn't hungry so I figured it was quick and easy. I ate about two spoonfuls and decided it just didn't taste right. After about an half hour or so I was feeling the greatest and asked Sean to come watch Payten for me because I needed to lie down. Within in minutes of saying that I was in the bathroom getting sick. I never ever have been that sick in my life. It kept going on for a few hours so I decided it was best to call my OB. She insisted I go to Winnie Palmer Hospital for monitoring since she was afraid I was going to get dehydrated and start having contractions.
Around 9pm or so Sean and I made it to Winnie. Luckily the wait in triage wasn't too bad so we were seen pretty quickly. Sure enough I was dehydrated so they hooked me up to an I.V (my least favorite thing) and started the fluids. Within a short time from that I was discharged because I was feeling better. We walked to the parking garage, starting driving away... and about three blocks into our drive I started getting sick again. I just couldn't believe it. I was feeling fine when I left. Sean kept saying lets go back to the hospital but I just wanted to go home.
We did make it home in time for me to get sick yet again, and finally by 3am I caved and called my OB back to tell her it's not gotten any better. She called in an anti-nausea medication to Walgreen's. After Sean spend over an hour and half fighting with the pharmacist on weather or not I have insurance, he finally made it home. That pill was a miracle!!!!!!!!! I finally stopped getting sick, but at this point it was 5:30am! I spent all of Monday in bed trying to catch up on some sleep and trying to feel better. It has taken days to finally start coming around and building my appetite back.
I am still unaware if it was really food poisoning or a stomach virus. But whatever it is I never want to experience it again!!!
I hope everyone else had a better weekend then us. I am hoping this next one will make up for it! Although we are super busy getting ready for our Wisconsin departure for Dan & Gaby's wedding next weekend, we hope this one is better then last! :-)

29 Weeks and still counting...
All About Baby
Your baby is filling out this week. She's adding fat to insulate her body for the day she leaves her cozy home. You can probably distinguish between feet and hands, head and bottom when your baby-to-be moves inside you. She takes practice breaths but won't breathe air until delivery.
Your baby's growth has begun to slow down now, but she will still gain approximately four pounds between now and birth. If she were born now, she would be able to breathe, but might tire easily and need assistance. Her little eyes are sensitive to light.
How Big Is Baby?
At two pounds, 12 ounces and almost 10 and one-half inches (crown to ump), your little one is growing fast!
I got to see Dr. Kareem on Friday and things are going well so far. She is planning on sending me for a growth ultrasound on the baby within the next few weeks to get a better idea when we will schedule my c-section. My goal date is October 8th :-)
Pregnancy Survey
- How far along?: 29 weeks
- Total weight gain: 18 lbs
- How big is baby?: About 2 lbs
- Maternity clothes?: Oh yes!!
- Stretch marks?: None yet, and I am hoping I am lucky enough for it to stay this way!
- Sleep?: Sleep?? What's that?
- Best moment this week?: Feeling how strong her kicks are!!
- Movement?: Lots! She is quite the active one!
- Food cravings?: Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream!
- Labor signs?: None yet, thank goodness!
- Belly button in or out?: Flat.. :-/
- What I miss: Sleeping on my belly and being skinny!!!
- What I'm looking forward to: Seeing how the nursery turns out :-)

Another week down....
It's been quite crazy around here! The weeks are flying by which is great but I feel like we are running out of time before Camryn makes her appearance. This past week has been crazy since I was in the office all week for work. My 40 hour work week turned into a 54 hour work week with my commute. I am so glad I don't have to do that everyday!!!
We are finally making progress with the nursery. The furniture arrived a lot sooner then I had anticipated so Sean is in super mode to get it finished. We should be picking it up sometime next week. So stay tuned for pictures!
Our double stroller arrived and I absolutely love it! Nice and light weight which is a big bonus and pretty easy to steer. I just hope Payten doesn't bug Camryn too much since it's a side by side. We shall see.
We have plans with the Berry family this evening for some pool fun and a fondue night! We can't wait! Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!
