For some reason I am having issues uploading my pictures from my camera to my blog so for now just house updates. :-)

My hubby installed the new back splash in the kitchen this weekend... and it looks AMAZING!  I am so mad we waited this long to do it.  It really turned out awesome.  Once my kitchen is all cleaned up I will take a picture of the final product!

I FINALLY, after 2 years LOVE LOVE my foyer set up!  And the best part its extremely functional for our everyday crazy life! :-)

It's been quite messy around here lately. We have been installing hard floors in the hallway upstairs, master bedroom and the staircase.  I had no idea what a mess this would create.  Slowly but surely things are coming together!  Just a few pictures of the "during".  I'll be sure to post after pictures when its all complete!

What a great weekend!  It was fun, productive, relaxing.... can that even be?!  But it totally was!

Sean started our laundry room project.  We've been talking about it for months but finally just getting to it now... So far paint is on the walls and cabinets are starting to get primed.. stay tuned!

I finally completed our staircase wall!  This project has been on going for almost a year!  But it was totally worth the wait!  I love it!!!

Yesterday afternoon we got to have lots of fun at Maya & Malayna's birthday party!  The girls loved the gymnastics place!  Even wore them out enough that they came home and took a two hour nap!  Woo hoo!

And because of obsessed with instagram.... I even had the hubby join me for one :-)

Better scheduling...

I need to remind myself next year not to schedule all of the girls activities in the first part of the week.  Literally by Wednesday morning it feels like Friday because I have ran around town like a crazy woman for two days straight!  Although then its nice to have it out of the way and finish off the week at a more calm pace... well until soccer starts in two weeks.  Then our Thursday nights will be busy too!  Thank goodness that's only for 8 weeks though, so that's cake!  The dance season is what gets me... 10 months!!!  I am thinking the girls will need a mental health day soon, or more like I will :-)

I've been running around to gather birthday party items for Payten's party.  I am trying to have everything done before my surgery that way if recovery is worse I am prepared and not having to send my husband to the store a million times, haha.  I think I almost have everything.  Although I am sure once the RSVP's start coming in I'll need more goody bag things.  Speaking of, invitations are scheduled to go out early next week!  I need to get addressing them this week.

I am so excited that my Storage Hall Tree has been shipped!  We've had ours for over 7 years so its time for a new one!  Of course now I need to order a new monogram for over the top of it.  Trying to decide if I want the same one I have or go with another one.

Master Bedroom Ideas

Thanks to Pinterest I have become obsessed with changing our Master Bedroom.  I have several ideas in mind.. I can't wait to see how it turns.... I am sure it will be a few months but in the meantime I'm having fun gathering ideas :-)  Color Scheme: Grey, Beige, & Yellow

End of the Month?!

How is today the last day in May?!  Didn't the month just start!  It's been a busy busy month but a fun one!

Our June calendar is filling fast already!  But with lots of fun events so its all good!  Since we won't be taking a "real" vacation this summer we are going to plan a few mini stay-cations :-)  The hubby is starting a new job next week so traveling out of the state is out of the question for a few months so in the meantime we'll enjoy all fun things Florida has :-)  Although I am leaning towards the ones that involve water since its so HOT already!

Since life has been crazy lately I haven't been "pinning" much on Pinterest :-(  Although I did order these adorable family name blocks from Etsy for our Entertainment center!  I <3 them!!!  Her shop name is Little Blue Bird Creations!  She is an awesome shop owner, I highly recommend her items!

The girls bathroom is pretty much complete with the exception of a few little details so I hope to update with photos soon!  My hubby would like for me to take break decorating inside the house so we can focus on a few projects we are have for outside but I am on a roll and I hate to stop until I'm done but I am considering it since I am dying to upgrade our patio/grill area outside!

Camryn's room is almost complete as well!  Waiting for her vinyl name monogram to arrive, and to hang her new prints and birth announcement and it will be complete!  Well almost, we are having the contractors come back to finish putting crown molding in the bedrooms :-)

Vinyl monogram, just her name will be a more limy green :-)  I can't wait to put it on the wall!

It's finished!!!  The girls shelf/towel hanger is finished!  Yippie!  Now I just need some picture frames to hang above it!!  The girls bathroom is almost finished!  I can't wait to post the final pictures!  Hopefully by the weekend!
