Happy 6th Birthday, Payten Elisabeth!

I still can't believe it..... your turning S - I - X today! I really feel like we were just welcoming you into this world! You have been such a blessing to Daddy and I. You really showed us the true meaning of love. We have watched you grow from an itty bitty baby to a beautiful, smart, funny, sweet, sassy little girl. You are an amazing big sister to Camryn. She truly adores having you as her sister.

We love you Payten Elisabeth! Happy 6th Birthday!!!

Part of Payten's birthday present was a trip to one of her favorite places, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Her and Camryn had so much fun. My girly girls love getting all dressed up! They are all about the glitz, I love it!

More Birthday fun. . .

Payten's actual birthday was Sunday. We started our morning early. First we headed to breakfast at First Watch {Payten's favorite}, she had to have her favorite chocolate chip pancakes. The sweet waitress even brought her a huge bowl of whipped cream to add to her yummy pancakes.

After breakfast we headed over to Target so she could pick our her birthday present from her Daddy & I, new bike :-). It didn't even take her two seconds and she picked out the Barbie bike. I was actually shocked since there was a princess one but she had to have the Barbie one. So that's the one she got. Unfortunately she didn't get to ride it because it rained all day on Sunday :-(

After our exciting trip to Target, I took the girls over for some manicures & pedicures. Camryn wound up chickening out at the last minute. Payten absolutely loved this! She was in awe the whole time. Cutest thing ever!

When we arrived home Payten couldn't wait to tear into all of her birthday presents from her party. We didn't open them all Saturday night since we got home so late. She received a ton of great gifts! She couldn't stop smiling she was so happy!

Even thought we sang Happy Birthday the day before you still have to sing on the actual birthday. So that is what we did! She was beaming from ear to ear! I am thinking Payten had a great 5th Birthday.. what do you think?

Happy 5th Birthday, Payten Elisabeth!

After spending almost an entire weekend in the hospital awaiting your arrival. You arrived into this world on Sunday, February 24, 2008 at 4:36am. As I heard your first cry, I soaked in every sound. At that moment my life was forever changed. I truly never understand when other parents said that once your first child enters the world your life would have a totally knew outlook. And how they were so true.

The past five years we have watched you grow from an itty bitty baby to a beautiful, funny, smart, sassy little girl. You personality is truly one of a kind. You have one of the warmest hearts I have ever seen. Camryn is so lucky to have you as her big sister.
