This weekend

Friday night I had my monthly Bunco night with the girls.  It was much needed after this crazy week!  Of course I didn't win, never do, but that's okay because all the laughs make losing so much better. Haha.

Saturday we had planned on going to Aquatica but the weather was horrid.  Rainy and icky all day.  So we decided to take the girls to the movies to see Monsters University.  Payten has been begging me since it came out and since we didn't have any other plans why not.  Once I got there, paid for the tickets and snacks (nothing crazy either), I was $50 deep.... ehhh!  Why are the movies so expensive?!  Of course it was totally worth it because the girls loved it and it was a really cute movie.  

After the movie we came home and hung out.  I started to pack for our trip.  Did I ever say how much I loathe packing?  Ugh!  It feels like its never ending and no matter how hard I try not too pack too much its just so hard not to.  Especially when traveling with kids!  I was in bed pretty early since I had to work yesterday.  It was a pretty quite weekend but sometimes we need one of those!

7 years ago heaven gained one of the best angels it could ever have.... although we weren't ready to say good bye, god had a better plan for you. There still isn't a day that goes by that we don't think of you.... "Keep watching out for us like you always do. "Explore, enjoy, live... but always be true to yourself"- PMH. We  you always!

This week....

This week has been full of emotions.  I feel like so much is going on all at once.  It is been an overwhelming week.  I am trying to stay positive and push through but sometimes its hard when the negative keeps getting thrown your way.  :-/

I haven't blogged much or maybe even at all about our old house.  When we moved almost two years ago we decided to rent our old home.  After much consideration we decided to put it on the market.  As you all the know the market is HORRID!  The banks are horrific, the buyers are a nightmare... the whole process has been a DISASTER!  I've been trying to stay positive but its literally draining everything out of me :-(

Thank goodness for this... a glass of this in the evening has been helping just a little bit :-)

My brother in law deployed this week as well.... My heart goes out to my sister and my niece.  I know it's going to be a long tough year for them.  I am praying it goes by quick and brother in law comes home safe!

Payten started Summer camp this week!  She's been having a blast!  She had two days of different splash pads, glow in the dark mini golf, pirate theme day, and today she is going to Medieval times.  How fun right?  Man I sure wish I was still a kid!

She's here!

She finally arrived!  My new niece arrived a week from today, on birthday, how cool right?  I get to share my birthday every year now with this little cutie!  Autumn Bay weighed 9 lbs 8 oz.  I can't wait to kiss these cheeks on Sunday!!!

Dear Autumn Bay,

Your auntie would really love to see your cute little face before I leave for vacation so if you could make your appearance ASAP, you'll make your auntie really happy :-) You've had plenty time to bake in there so now its time to meet this crazy family of ours.

I am an. . .

AUNTIE!!!.... This is my new little precious nephew, Nolan Patrick!  I am so excited for my brother in law and sister in law!  I can't wait to hold him and love on him!  Until then don't grow too fast Nolan!

Happy 25th Birthday to my little sister!  Still can't believe she's 25!  Wish I was in Tennessee spending the day with her :-( but hoping she has a great day!!

COUSIN !!! 

My little sister and her hubby are expecting their first baby!!!  We are all super excited!  Not only is my little sister having a baby but so is my SIL!  The girls are going to have two new cousins and I get to be an auntie to two little ones!  I can't wait!!!!

Family Picture Day

Today is our annual family picture's!  I am super excited!!!  Although a bit nervous because you never know what kind of mood the kids will be in but I am hoping full tummies and well rested kiddies will = GREAT pictures but we'll see!

So proud!

It's been a crazy week for my hubby.  I know he has been super stressed about possibly switching jobs.  For years he has wanted to be Sales Manager but the right opportunity hasn't presented itself until the last week. He was offered a new position as a Sales Manager for a different company.  My husband takes pride in whatever company he works for so for him to leave a position takes a lot.  It was a tough transition but in the end its whats best for him and his career.  I am so proud of how he handled it all!  The girls and I are so lucky so have such a wonderful man in our lives, we couldn't have asked for better!

Congratulations to my baby sister and her new fiance, Patrick! I am so happy for them! I can't wait to have a new brother in law!!! I still can't believe my baby sister is going to get married, but I couldn't be more happy for them! <3

Full House of Hogans

The hubby's two brothers out of the four came to visit this past weekend. Well it more like a long weekend, Wednesday - Sunday! Of course we all wished it was longer because we had such a great time and it was soo good to see them! Visits are never long enough :-(

Thursday we enjoyed a day at the pool. We were there for several hours, got lots of sun, especially those pasty Irish boys, haha. Of course I just enhanced my tan, LOL. We enjoyed the evening home just hanging out, and watching March Madness.

Friday morning I had to work a few hours but after work we headed to Clearwater Beach. It was a beautiful day! The traffic was horrific but we didn't let that stop us for having a fun day! We got home pretty late so we just ordered in and hung out :-)

Saturday the boys spent the morning golfing. After lunch we headed to the pool and enjoyed the beautiful day! It was such a gorgeous weekend! Perfect weather. Saturday was St. Patrick's Day so of course we went out to celebrate the Hogan boys being Irish. I think they got a little carried away with the NEON green, yes NEON green hair! Had a great time downtown. Had lots of laughs! It was quite interesting when we got home and took the guys FOUR hair washes before they got all of that green out of there hair! LOL.

Yesterday we enjoyed just hanging out and even manged a quick swim at the pool. The boys headed out last night and of course good byes were hard but we are excited to see them again in the summer! So glad they came to visit! I am so lucky to have such great BIL's!!!
