Girls Bathroom. . Almost!

It's finished!!!  The girls shelf/towel hanger is finished!  Yippie!  Now I just need some picture frames to hang above it!!  The girls bathroom is almost finished!  I can't wait to post the final pictures!  Hopefully by the weekend!

Great Mother's Day!

I had such an awesome Mother's Day!  My girls spoiled me rotten with these amazing gifts!  They were working hard all week at school on these.  I LOVE them!  These are priceless!

I am luckiest Mommy to have the cutest little girls ever!  I love them with all my heart!  I can't remember what life was like before them.  They are my world!!

Yesterday we had an amazing brunch at Bravo with our friends.  The food was soo yummy!  After brunch we headed to the playground to let the girls get some energy out.  We were there until we couldn't stand the heat anymore.  It was a HOT one!

Happy Mother's Day!

I am so lucky to be a Mommy to these two amazing little girls!!!   I can remember celebrating my 1st Mother's day like it was yesterday and this year I am celebrating my 5th!  So crazy!!   I truly never knew how hard of a job it is to be a mom but its the most rewarding and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Even on the worst of days I can just look at my girls and they make everything better. They are my little blessings and I love them with all my heart! Thank you Payten and Camryn for being my little angels, and for making me so proud to be your mom! Love you baby girls!

Happy Mother's Day to the two special Mom's in my life!  You both are AMAZING women and the best Mom's either Sean and I could ask for.  We are so lucky that we have you both in our life!  Happy Mother's Day!

TGIF!

It's bee one of those CRAZY weeks!  I felt like Friday would never get here!!

This is the first weekend in FOREVER that we don't have plans!  We are going to just go with the flow.... love it!  We'll do our usual Saturday morning routine, breakfast then dance class and maybe we'll hit up the water park or just hang home.  We'll see how everyone's mood is :-)  Sunday morning we do have brunch planned with our friends, so looking forward to it.  But other that I can't wait to just enjoy the weekend!

Teacher Appreciation week went great!  I wanted to plan something for everyday but the week just got by me but I did send the teachers in goodies for two out of the five days, not bad :-)  And they loved them!!!

The girls bathroom is finally coming along.  I am hoping it'll be completely finished by the end of the weekend.  Here is the latest picture of the cabinet.  Now it has new hardware!  Yay!  Happy Friday everyone!

Weekend at Mema & Poppy's!

Our weekends are always so jammed packed with events, but this past weekend we cleared our calendar so we could head to my parents to spend the weekend with them.  It's sad we only live a 2 hour car drive away and we are lucky if we see them once a month, but its more like every 6 weeks if not longer.  :-(  We all are super busy with this crazy thing called "life" :-(.  Although I am pretty excited we will get to see them a few times between now and June since we have some events going on :-)

We headed down south Saturday morning.  Our first stop was the beach.  The girls and I met my mom there while the hubby went to help my Dad paint their house.  I know fun for us girls but not so much for the men.. hehe.  The girls LOVE the beach!  We were there for hours and they just played and played.  It was great!  It was such a beautiful day too!  Not too hot, the weather was just right!  The girls even splashed a bit in the water.  It was still a little chilly for me but they loved it and lucky for them their Mema splashed with them too!

 

After the beach we headed to my parents friends house for dinner.  Our friends little girls were in town, twin girls, they are 5 months old, and the cutest little things ever!!!  Payten LOVED them, Camryn wasn't so sure since I was holding them.  She didn't care much for that.  Payten even asked when we were leaving which one could we take home, haha.

Sunday the guys continued to paint while the girls and I hung around and laid poolside!  We had a really great weekend!  But of course we came home to mounds of laundry and lots of housework to do, oh joy!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!  It's only Tuesday and I am already looking forward to next weekend :-)

Recipe: Crock Pot Hawaiian BBQ Chicken

3-Ingredient Crock Pot Hawaiian BBQ Chicken

• Archer Farms Hawaiian-Style Barbecue Sauce
• 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
• 1 20-oz. can pineapple chunks, drained

Spray your Crock Pot with nonstick cooking spray.  Place chicken breasts on the bottom of the Crock Pot.  Pour the entire bottle of barbecue sauce and can of pineapple chunks over the chicken breasts.   Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours or until chicken pulls apart and shreds easily.  Serve over rice.

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week!   Wishing all of the wonderful teachers out there an amazing week!  I truly appreciate each and every one of you!  I had been pinning ideas from Pinterest but now its Monday of the week I have not made even one of them :-(  I am hoping tonight to get some free time so I can make a few of these ideas!  Ahh how I love Pinterest!
