Recipe: Secret Ingredient Meatloaf

Here's the magical recipe:
  • 1 Pound Ground Meat (Beef or Turkey)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Box Stuffing Mix
  • 1 Cup Water
Mix everything together, smoosh it into a loaf pan, and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

**I made this Tuesday night and it was sooo yummy!  And I really not even a fan of meatloaf but it was really good! The girls even liked it!!!  Double bonus!

My version - Apple Pie Bread

This Apple Pie Bread was AMAZING!  This will definitely be something I make over and over.  It was just sooo delicious!  Its a little entailed to make or maybe because it was my first time making but it was soo worth it!  Ahhh how I love Pinterest for all of these amazing recipes, although I am not sure my waist line is appreciating it!

Recipe: Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole

12 oz spaghetti
1 (28 ounce) jars prepared spaghetti sauce
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

In a skillet, brown the ground beef until cooked through; drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce. Set aside.

Cook spaghetti according to directions on packet. Drain and place cooked spaghetti in bowl. Add cream cheese, Italian Seasoning and minced garlic. Stir until cream cheese is melted and the spaghetti is thoroughly coated.

Lightly grease a 9x13" pan. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the dish. Put spaghetti on top of sauce and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly.

**I made this for Girls Night on Friday, and it was o.k. The others loved it but I have made plenty of pasta dishes before that I think were a bit tastier.
