One Week?!?!

Can that really be?! I only have SEVEN more days til Camryn's 1st birthday bash, really?! I just can't believe it. I am usually so prepared but this year for some reason I am so behind! It must be because there are two kiddies instead of just one... who knows?!? Or could it be my procrastinating.... This was a bad week for all the new shows to start up. The tv has literally sucked me in!

The hubby is working late tonight so that means when the girls go to bed I'll be working away at birthday party projects. Oh yeah and did I tell you I decided to have a kids Halloween Costume party at the end of October, I have lost my mind, haven't I? I thought it would be fun for the kids to dress up and party but wasn't really thinking about the preparation... yikes! So any Halloween party ideas would be greatly appreciated :-) The ages range from 1 to 6 years old.

Think I am ready. . .

for a change. Like a BIG change! I have spent the last 8+ years living in Florida and I have absolutely loved it, until the past few months. I want to go back to having SEASONS and not just summer and winter. Most of all I miss the fall! By far my favorite season of them all. I do not particularly love the winters but I do love layering up. I know I am weird. The hubby and I have discussed relocating, but unfortunately with this horrible housing market it is not an option at this very moment but we are definitely keeping our options open. I would miss our Florida family and friends dearly but that is why they have airplanes and internet, and of course Skype!

Although right now this is a just a thought. But we are hoping to bring on a change of living within a few years. So in the meantime I will just look at all the cute fall clothes, and watch the leaves change color in my imagination..... :-)

Our Weekend

I know I have been a bad blogger lately. I am trying to keep up but we have been super busy around here. With school, dancing school, work, planning Camryn's birthday party, going to the gym, and house work of course, its been crazy! I am trying to keep up with everything but unfortunately my blog has been taking the back burner. :-(

Friday evening Sean and I worked on a few outside projects around the house, while the girls played on the swingset. The evenings are finally getting a little cooler so we can actually spend them outdoors which is really nice. Now if only the mosquitoes would go away! Saturday morning Payten had dance class. There were only four of them this week, so it was nice for them to get even more one on one time with the instructors.

After dance we headed to Venice Beach to meet my dad for some beach fun. The beach is Payten & Camryn's favorite. The girls were finally wore out after a few hours, we headed back to my parents house for dinner and to hang out. Sunday was our day to catch up on errands and more housework. Ahh the joys of being a homeowner :-)

Camryn Brooke - 11 Months

Camryn Brooke is 11 months old! Can you believe it? Just a few more weeks til our baby girl turns 1! I still can't believe it! Where did this past year go?

Camryn has changed so much this past month. She is extremely independent now, not to mention super curious! She is waving bye bye, and giving high fives, too cute! She loves table food and drinks out of a sippy cup 90% of the time. Her bottles are making their way out of the house in the next few weeks, along with the baby food :-). Not sure of her stats this month but I will have them for her 12 month post.

Product Rave!

This is at least my third or fourth time ordering from Photo Affections and I am beyond satisfied every time. Not only are their cards adorable, I love their quality. And their printing is awesome too! Yes they are a little pricier then ordering photo cards from Shutterfly or Kodak Gallery but I think its totally worth the money. Photo Affections run sales all the time. Which is why I already ordered the girls Halloween cards :-) I know I am little ahead of schedule but it was such a good deal I couldn't pass it up. 30% off plus an additional 15% for being a loyal customer.

Of course I am not going to reveal our Halloween cards just yet but here is a copy of the Christmas cards we sent out last year. I have already starting to look at the Christmas ones for this year!

Here are a few runners up for this years Christmas cards.... I am sure when it gets closer I will choose something completely different but its fun looking in the meantime.

Quiet Week. . .

It's actually been kind of quiet around here the past few days. Other then drop offs and pick ups to school, we've been laying low. Camryn newest adventure is crawling the staircase. Yup the ENTIRE staircase! And she is quite fast! Since that is her new fascination, our house is decked out with baby gates everywhere. I keep forgetting we have them up and I keep tripping over them or walking right into them, oops! This is going to take a little getting use to.

Payten is doing great at school. Today we are going to experiment with her wearing undies for the first time to school instead of pull ups. So we packed a few extra pairs of clothes just in case. She has been doing great potty training but I want her to be completely potty trained soon since she already gets the gist of it.

My evenings have been consisting of working out at the gym and finishing up birthday party projects. It feels so good to be checking things off the list. The tissue paper wreaths are complete. Tonight I will be working on finishing the tissue paper flowers. The project list is actually coming to an end, Hallelujah!

Last week I signed back up for the gym. With my new schedule there is no reason why I can't go in the evenings. I joined after I had Payten and I was in awesome shape and now its 11 months after Camryn and I am so out of shape! Since there will be no baby Hogan #3 here (not that we have planned), its time to get my butt in gear and get back to the old Tiffany. And I think its actually working, a week into it and I have already lost 2 lbs, woot woot!

Happy 1st Birthday Bryce!

Today we got to celebrate Bryce's 1st Birthday with him. His birthday party was at a park and was lots of fun. Payten had a blast! Between the playground, bounce house, splash pad, what more could you ask for as a kid. :-) I know my favorite part was watching Bryce smash into his birthday cake. He really got into it! I hope Camryn is the same way on her birthday! Thank you so much LeeAnn for inviting us to celebrate Bryce's special day!

Disney on Ice: Toy Story 3

Last night Payen and I met Mema and Poppy at the Millenia Mall so we could catch a quick bite to eat before heading to the Disney On Ice: Toy Story show. We enjoyed a yummy meal at the Cheesecake Factory and then headed over to the show. Payten absolutely LOVED it! She was singing and dancing along the whole time. This is definitely a must for next year! Although it was a late night it was totally worth it.

Today we have an exiting day ahead of us. Payten has dancing school this morning and then we are going to Bryce's 1st Birthday bash! We can't wait! Happy Saturday everyone!
