for a change. Like a BIG change! I have spent the last 8+ years living in Florida and I have absolutely loved it, until the past few months. I want to go back to having SEASONS and not just summer and winter. Most of all I miss the fall! By far my favorite season of them all. I do not particularly love the winters but I do love layering up. I know I am weird. The hubby and I have discussed relocating, but unfortunately with this horrible housing market it is not an option at this very moment but we are definitely keeping our options open. I would miss our Florida family and friends dearly but that is why they have airplanes and internet, and of course Skype!
Although right now this is a just a thought. But we are hoping to bring on a change of living within a few years. So in the meantime I will just look at all the cute fall clothes, and watch the leaves change color in my imagination..... :-)

yeah fall makes the tough NYC winters worth it!
I use to laugh at Larry when we first got married for always staring at the trees when they were changing colors... then I remembered he was from FL! Wanna swap houses? LOL I'll move down there :)
The Midwest is BEST - for the reasons you mentioned. I love cooler temps- and even snow!

I live in NC and it still feels like Summer here usually this time of year it is at least a little cool ;)
Gotta love good ol' NJ... four distinct seasons, beaches, mountains, ski, surf, major cities, farms, and suburbs... all within, at most, a 1-2 hour drive!

I am totally with you on having the 4 seasons. We lived in Minnesota most of our lives, then to Wisconsin for 4 years and now we just moved to South Dakota. We seriously considered moving to FL but we knew we'd miss fall and Christmas with snow. My dad also just moved back from FL! He got bored with the weather. Anywho. I hope you will be able to find a new home with all the seasons. :)
