New recipes - Pizza Skillet Hot Dish

This week I have been trying out new dishes to make for dinner. I have been getting bored with some of the ones I have been making so I decided to whip out my cook books and start experimenting. It must be the nesting in me. :-)

Sunday Night we tried one from Pillsbury (where most of mine come from), it's called "Pizza Skillet Hot Dish". It is so yummy! And Payten even loved it!
Hope you enjoy!

Pizza Skillet Hot Dish

INGREDIENTS
1/2lb. lean ground beef
2oz. (1/2 cup) sliced pepperoni, chopped
1(14-oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (2 cups)
3/4cup water
7oz. (2 cups) uncooked ready-cut spaghetti
1/4cup sliced ripe olives
1/2green bell pepper, cut into bite-sized strips
4oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
1.Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked. Add pepperoni; cook 1 minute. Drain.
2.Stir in spaghetti sauce, water and uncooked spaghetti. Bring to a boil; stir. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until spaghetti is of desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
3.Add olives; stir gently to mix. Arrange pepper strips over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
