Boy did Father's Day sneak up fast this year!  I try to be creative with holidays like this so of course I have resorted to Pinterest for some ideas!

Dance Rehearsal/Recital

Friday afternoon began the DANCE weekend!  Payten had such a blast with all of her dance girls!  They all did amazing!  I am so proud of Payten!  She has came a long way since last dance year.  I'll be sure to upload the adorable video this week as well.  FYI - Picture overload :-)

I can't believe it's the end of the year for school & activities!  This year just FLEW by!  It's been a busy but fun one for sure!  Tonight starts our busy weekend of dance!  Dance rehearsal is this evening.  I am excited to see the girls on the stage.  They are so stinking cute!!  Happy Friday everyone!

4th of July Decor Ideas

Pinterest has some great 4th of July decor ideas!  There are several front door wreath ideas I LOVE but now I just have to decide which one I want to make.  I was thinking I had lots of time to make some decor but just realized the 4th is less then a month away :-(  Looks like I better get working on this!

The weekend

Our weekend was pretty low key.  The next few weekends are jammed packed with events so I am glad we had a weekend to get caught up around the house and just hang out.

Friday night was our monthly girls Bunco night.  We had a blast as always.  Having a girls night out once a month has been great.  I don't know why we didn't think of this sooner!

Saturday morning we had our Community Yard Sale.  While I stayed home to handle the sale, the hubby took the girls to dance class.  Its the last one of the year before Payten's big recital :-)  I finished up the yard sale shortly after they arrived home from dance and since we had an early morning we all took an afternoon nap!!  And boy did that feel good!  Since we were recharged we headed to Downtown Disney for a little while.

Sunday the hubby and I spent our entire day cleaning out the garage!  Its been a project that's been waiting about 10 months!  I can't get over how clean and organized it is!  Now I just wonder how long it will last!  I can even park my truck in there :-)

We have a busy week ahead of us!  But looking forward to the weekend with our families :-)  Yes FAMILIES, my in laws are coming into town on Friday!  We are super excited!  Hope everyone has a great week!

2nd year of Dance - Payten

Payten has completed her second year of dance today.  Well the class part of it, her recital is next weekend!  Its crazy how much she has learned in these two years.  She has grown so much and I look forward to seeing how much more she will learn over the years!

It's been a crazy week for my hubby.  I know he has been super stressed about possibly switching jobs.  For years he has wanted to be Sales Manager but the right opportunity hasn't presented itself until the last week. He was offered a new position as a Sales Manager for a different company.  My husband takes pride in whatever company he works for so for him to leave a position takes a lot.  It was a tough transition but in the end its whats best for him and his career.  I am so proud of how he handled it all!  The girls and I are so lucky so have such a wonderful man in our lives, we couldn't have asked for better!
